2026 IVET LOAN APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in the Illinois Farm Bureau iVET Loan program.

Interviews will be held in mid-June 2026, at the Illinois Farm Bureau, 1701 Towanda Avenue, Bloomington, IL 61701.

Before continuing the application process, please answer the following two necessary loan requirement questions?
Are you currently attending an accredited college of veterinary medicine in the U.S.?
After attaining your graduate degree, are you willing to commit to working in a food animal practice in Illinois for a 5-year period?

I'm sorry, you answered no to one or both of the necessary loan requirements. Answering no makes you ineligible to apply for the iVET loan.
